Description

This is a white wine made mostly with Chardonnay, with the addition of a small part of Trebbiano, Toscano and Traminer .It is fermented inside steel containers under controlled temperature. It has a strong bouquet which varies from harvest to harvest... from a very intense one after hot summers to scents of banana or green apple after cooler summers. Its color is straw yellow, the bouquet is complex with shades of ripened fruits and vanilla. It should be drunk after the second year, but it can be stored from 4 to 6 years.
