Description

One of the most recent wines from Castello Il Palagio. This wine is a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, and Mammolo grapes. The color is a bright and light red with a dense smoky and earthy nose full of Sangiovese fruit. A medium-bodied, supple wine with great concentration, good structure and dense flavors. The finish is smooth and well-balanced with good tannins. Paired perfectly with the winery's parmesan cheese.
