VINO SPUMANTE DOLCE AROMATICO From the vineyard of Pietralata we obtain Moscatello and Malvasia di Candia grapes, which is treated according to the Charmat method, yield a wine with a golden color and a slightlt sweet flavour. The grapes are harvested from August to September. Somewhat fizzy, this wine can be considered a demi-sec sparkling wine. It has smell of rose petals, green pears and soft flavors of banana. We suggest to drink with cakes, like the famous Italian cake, "Millefoglie".
