Description

Grapes used: 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Sauvignon Blanc, 1/3 Incrocio Manzoni. This wine is faded yellow straw-coloured, with light greenish tints. It has a fresh and fruity fragrance with notes of citrus, in particular lemon and grapefruit. Aromatic persistent presence and great olfactory balance. The beginning flavor is fresh and soft, and a continuation that is lightly acidic. This is a young wine with great potentiality. Goes well with: appetizers and fish.
