The grapes used for this wine are 100%Prugnelo Gentile The color is an intense ruby red. The wine presents typical perfumes of Prugnolo Gentile, liquorice, red fruits and violet. The maturing produces also prominent balsamic inklings typical of quality red wines. It has a soft and velvety flavor. The evolution reveals a moderate inkling of wood and a freshness and elegance than on excessive extraction and structure. This wine goes well with young cheese and seasoned meats.
