Description

This is a wine with a ruby color and intense perfume of berries and

undergrowth, where the spices and the fruit have good composition and with aging will change to a soft flavor. The blend is 60% Sangiovese and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a wine for game, meat, and cheese. It is suggested that the

bottle be opened one hour prior to pouring.

	Lots of plum, almost coffee like favor, and a full-bodied wine which is my favorite...nice long finish. A perfect wine for Lamb or Duck. Can't wait till this one goes on sale again.
