Description

This wine originates from small chardonnay grapes picked up by hand in a vineyard that, as years went by, has reached the perfect balance and produce grapes with a high concentration. This wine ferments in small oak barrels, where it remains for a long time in order to enrich its complex refinement. Its colour is a brilliant and intense golden yellow. It has an elegant and concentrated fragrance with nuances of ripe and candied fruits, acacia honey, beeswax, figs and dates. The abundance of its scent embraces delicate notes of yellow flowers blending with spicy nuances of cinnamon, clove, ginger and faded rose. On the palate, it is warm and winning, extremely balanced and long lasting. It links perfectly with a main seafood course and delicate meat dishes. It is also excellent with ripe cheeses, matched with amber-coloured honey or dog rose jam. You can appreciate it even after dinner with short pastries. Serve it at 14°/16°C temperature. Alcohol content 14,5%.
